FSModHub is the operator of this website and related community services. For privacy requests, contact site administrators through the support channels available on the platform.

Account data. When you register or update your profile we may store your display name, email address, password hash (never plain text passwords), optional profile details (bio, links, avatar), profile URL slug, and role/creator status.

Content you submit. Mods, screenshots, forum posts, reviews, comments, messages, contest entries, support tickets, and similar content you choose to upload or send.

Usage & security data. Download counts, page interactions needed to run features, IP addresses, browser/device information for active login sessions, failed login attempts, and similar security logs.

Optional / admin-only fields. Some fields such as date of birth may be stored for age or account administration and are not shown on public profiles.

Communications. Emails or notifications we send about your account (for example security alerts, application decisions, or activity you opted into).

• Legal obligation - when we must retain or disclose information by law

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us run FSModHub, for example:

• Hosting and database providers
• Email delivery services
• CDN / file storage providers used to serve mods and media
• Analytics or uptime monitoring that is necessary to operate the site (if enabled)

Providers are only meant to process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users' safety, or to enforce our Terms.

Content you make public (mods, posts, gallery photos, public profile fields) can be viewed by other users and may be indexed by search engines.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect against CSRF, and remember basic preferences needed for the site to work. Login session records may include IP and device information so you (and admins, where appropriate) can review active sessions and revoke them.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies as part of the core Service described here. If that changes, we will update this policy.

We keep account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Security logs and login sessions are kept for shorter operational windows unless a longer period is needed for an investigation. You can revoke individual sessions from settings where that feature is available.

We use industry-common measures such as hashed passwords, access controls for staff tools, and transport encryption (HTTPS). No online service is perfectly secure - please use a strong unique password and enable available account protections (for example two-factor authentication or passkeys where offered).

FSModHub is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). If you believe we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account or certain data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability for information you provided
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You can update many profile details in Settings. For access or deletion requests, contact administrators. We may need to verify your identity. Uploaded mods or posts may be anonymised rather than fully erased where needed to preserve discussions or platform integrity, unless the law requires otherwise.

If you are in the UK/EEA, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our hosting and processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we publish a new version. Continued use of FSModHub after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
