Terms of service

FSModHub is an independent community platform for sharing Farming Simulator mods, discussions, screenshots, contests, and related creator tools. We are not affiliated with GIANTS Software GmbH, the official Farming Simulator ModHub, or any official Farming Simulator brand partners unless we explicitly say so.

You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws of your country (and at least 13 years old where that is the online-services minimum). You are responsible for your login credentials, devices signed in to your account, and activity that happens under your account unless you tell us promptly that it was compromised.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Do not share accounts in a way that bypasses bans or security controls.
• Staff may require email verification or additional checks for creator features.

You retain ownership of mods, images, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading or posting, you grant FSModHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and through the Service (including CDNs and backups needed to run the site).

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe others' rights or applicable law. You can remove your content subject to technical limits, caches, and copies kept for legal, security, or integrity reasons.

Applying to become a creator, requesting verification, or using creator dashboards is optional and subject to staff approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms and the Guidelines. We may approve, reject, or later revoke creator privileges.

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, exploits, cracked software, or illegal material
• Upload content you do not have permission to share
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Scrape the Service in a way that harms performance or violates robots rules we publish
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or moderation systems
• Use the Service to phish, spam, or run scams
• Misrepresent affiliation with GIANTS Software or FSModHub staff

We may remove content, limit features, mute, strike, suspend, or ban accounts that breach these Terms or the Guidelines.

FSModHub branding, site design, and original platform software are protected. Farming Simulator and related marks belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a claim via DMCA / copyright. We may remove or disable access to material in response to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Mods and files are provided by community creators or external links they choose. FSModHub does not guarantee compatibility, safety, performance, or continued availability. Always scan downloads, back up save games, and use mods at your own risk.

External sites (ModHub, KingMods, Discord, personal websites, etc.) have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We aim to keep FSModHub online, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance, moderate content, or discontinue parts of the Service with or without notice when needed for operations or safety.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSModHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (including licences already exercised, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be announced on the site.
